Another bad weather Halloween :( It was rainy and chilly most of the day. The excitement and anticipation of trick-or-treating was too much for Sadie this year. As soon as October arrived, the first thing she'd ask when she woke up was "Is it Halloween today?" Ironically the morning of Halloween she didn't ask, I had to tell her! I should have waited to tell her because she asked us "Can we go trick-or-treating now?" like 50 times. The rain finally stopped for a bit around 5pm so we took advantage of the delay and rounded a couple blocks in our neighborhood. It was Blaze's first year trick-or-treating. I carried him to the door a couple times, but as soon as he realized he was getting candy he started to do it himself. He'd get to the door, stick out his hands and say eh come ("you're welcome" aka "thank you") when he got some candy :) Sadie said her arms "hurted" because her candy bucket was so heavy. We seriously got way too much candy!
