My dear friend Brittney finally turned 21 a couple weeks ago! For her birthday her boss graciously let us stay in her vacation home in Michigan. When she first asked me to go, I was so excited especially because Sadie was invited too - I'm so happy my friends don't forget about me and my "situation." ;) But when I started planning I got overwhelmed thinking about packing Sadie up for the weekend. Luckily for me Brittney's boss has a baby just a few months older than Sadie and had a lot of baby things there for me to use!
This was Sadie's first road trip and she was a trooper in the car. I know I say this all the time but she really is such a good baby. She hardly cried in the car and going to bed in a strange place didn't seem to phase her at all. Sadie also went to the beach and played in the sand for the first time. I thought she might hate the sand and not want to touch it, but she was all over it. :)

Brittney has become a great friend to me. One of my favorite things about her is how much she loves and cares for my baby girl. We love you Britt! And I'm so glad you are finally 21!!!
